Just as I thought I was over jet lag, I wasn’t.
I slept for 10 straight hours Tuesday night and the first time I opened my eyes and looked at the clock, it was 9:14am. Whoa! This is coming from a girl whose normal wake-up time is around 5am, no alarm (it’s not virtuous, it’s just me…) But seriously, 9:14, without even a warning it was so late! I never even rolled over at 6:23 or anything like that… I guess I needed the sleep.
So my day started late, and by the time I’d had coffee, worked out, and cooled down, it was 11am, almost lunchtime! But as I always like to have breakfast as my first meal, I went ahead and ate my favorite chia breakfast pudding with strawberries and blueberries. …
