Fitness… it’s a way of life.  You don’t have to run marathons or work out 10 hours per week to be fit, but you do have to do something.  So choose something you LOVE and just keep doing it… you will reap the benefits for a lifetime.

Bootcamp, anyone??

Don’t let the word scare you… you can do it, and you might just love it!  Without too much thinking about it (because I think about it for you,) you get a fabulous 45 minute workout with a dozen other fit ladies.  We all work at our own level and every exercise can be modified to accommodate your individual fitness needs.

My bootcamp is an energetic and dynamic workout that is different every time, yet uses the same basic, functional exercises that focus on big muscle groups.  Think pushups, squats, lunges, rows, burpees, etc.  We do these exercises as a circuit, in different combinations, to keep challenging you and improving your strength and fitness level.  Sound fun?  It is!!

We build camaraderie in each class and we depend on each other to keep us motivated through each workout.  Because let’s be honest… some days you just don’t feel like exercising, but you do anyway because you know someone is waiting for you.  And you always feel better afterwards.

Safety is my first priority in every bootcamp and cardio class.  I simply won’t let you do the exercises in a way that might lead to injury. Knees, hips, backs, shoulders, necks… all are at risk for injury during any type of exercise, but in my classes, I watch your form, change your body position, and modify exercises to keep you safe.  The safer you work out, the fitter you can become.  Please let me know of any current or past injuries or tenderness you have in your joints or muscles… doing so will help me keep you safe and injury-free.
